First off, the one star is because, unfortunately, there's nothing less than that rating available to describe their service. Besides the ludicrous amount of fees they hit customers with, their customer service is the epitome of obnoxious and arrogance. The phone representative had an attitude and would cut me off while I was explaining myself or even raise her voice over mine. There was an instance where she implied I was lying about the balance I claimed I had received via mail. Later in the conversation, she realized I was telling the truth and tried to dismiss the fact that she was wrong. When I asked about the details as to the fees deducted, she was quick to blame the entity that set up the accounts at my workplace without realizing that the fees are what Millennium themselves establish. Since I had an HR person from my office in on the conversation, the HR person clarified that fees are not established by the office. Yet again the representative tried raising her voice so as to overpower the HR person as well. Again she realized the fees were in fact established by Millennium, but did she need to be unreasonable about the whole situation and complicate the issue even further? I think not! I m not calling to ask for a handout. I m looking for details and information about MY money, not Millennium s. I am entitled to know the whereabouts and details as to my financial investments. After I finished the call, I became irate due to the unnecessary, blood-boiling and condescending attitude provided. It was my first time calling in and I m hoping it will be my last EVER! The calls are recorded but, what s the use?!!! These rude representatives should be re-trained and reprimanded for lack of quality in customer service.
