We had some misunderstandings in the financial portion of the agreement made between my parents and the finance person when they purchased a vehicle. However , the general manager jumped through hoops to correct this with the bank. Thank God he came to our rescue. He was able to explain everything and now what could have been a bad experience turned into more of a pleasurable experience. I see why he is in charge.
