DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Right now they shut off the A/C saying its "cold" so they turned them off.Its very hot unless you have a fan right in front of you all the time; Doing my make up in the bathroom or doing anything around the house is uncomfortably hot.The apts are full of roaches(they do free move in pest control but they eventually come back from other apts),laundry machines steal your money(you waste a lot of money for clothes to rinse or dry properly),homesless people and addicts walking around inside the complex or going through the trash 24/7 they even get into the cars to sleep at night or steal your belongings!!!The gate is a joke. It NEVER works so people get in anyways.VERY VERY VERY UNSAFE PLACE AND AREA just homeless n addicts all the way before you enter through the gate until you get out of the car and enter your apartment.This IS the kind of place that some states give as free housing literally for free. The management doesnt give a damn about anything but to collect your money from the top owners to the blonde unprofessional not friendly front office secretary.You sign all utilities contract but they turn off the A/C without telling you before hand or mentioning it on the contract, that is a rip off!!! I have hypothyroidism heat intolerance and It has become a nightmare to do anything or sleep.
It is cheap but you can find places close to what you pay here that are way better.DO NOT MOVE HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DO EVERY DAY;even when they have the AC on it would not work most of the time probably shutting them off or very weak that is sooooo hot in the summer. Everything looks old ,the stove,fridge ,cabinets n mirrors look old.Moving here was one of the most horrible experience ive been through.

Totally false neighbors are complaining that even if its cold outside it gets very hot inside the apts.
Even if you keep your apt clean roaches will comeback from other apts (anyone knows this)
THEY ARE RISING RENT AND THERES RUMORS THEY WANT TO CHARGE FOR WATER AND ELECTRICITY . I AM SO HAPPY THAT IM MOVING OUT OF HERE SOON. ***DO NOT MOVE HERE****DO NOT MOVE HERE****
