They have the worst customer service. I work at ...

They have the worst customer service. I work at the customer service and I have a passion with my job. Nurses and doctors are amazing. Just the staff on making schedules and the one in pharmacies. They don't have the courtesy and don't even wear a single smile. I have a perspective that if you are on the position of customer service you should be happy helping guests not look miserable. Seems like they are getting annoyed when you approach them.
