Brad Parkes was AMAZING to work with. We came out from BC with only 3 days to find a place and Brad got us into the perfect place in 2. He was a very good negotiator, listened to us, and went above and beyond for us in all areas. I highly recommend him and the whole team (office manager Stuart was very professional and helpful as well).
