Husband had an appointment with Dr. Rostov on October 3, and it was determined that he needs surgery in both eyes. They sent us home, asking us to confirm the procedures were covered by our insurance, which we did the very same day, within hours of leaving their office. We were told that someone would call to schedule his surgeries, but no one has called. We have called multiple times, emailed through the website each time we are told that someone would call back but still nothing. We were trying to get this completed before our insurance changes at the end of the year so he doesn t have to start the process all over again, but it s looking like NW Eye Surgeons doesn t care. Got us in a box because there are no other surgeons in Western WA who can help my husband. So unprofessional that I m not sure I m okay with these people touching my husband, let alone surgery. Frustration level=Extreme.
