GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!!! They helped my wife and I with a Fannie Mae Homepath Renovation Loan, which isnt your typical loan! It was a forclosure purchase in Forest Hills that needed updating, so the renovation style loan was great for us. We went to Lake Michigan Credit Union, who also services these loans, and we were unhappy with the non-personal approach that larger lenders gave us. I found Treadstone through the Fannie Mae website, since very few people know about this loan type, and i couldnt have been happier! Julie, Kevin and Jim all helped us with our loan, and all three made us feel like we were the most important customer they had! I would recommend to anyone to use Treadstone for a unique loan like we had or for any traditional loan you are looking to acquire. Interestingly enough, another couple we knew found Treadstone through word of mouth from their realtor, so I would say they are getting a very good reputation in the industry!
