The hotel was booked for me and as I did not have my credit card with me I was a little disappointed they kept asking me to increase my cash deposit. Staying four nights only and not dining in the hotel the tab was room only price! The hotel itself is clean, tentative staff, good facilities and in a great location. Not sure I will go back as normally booked in at the Pan Pacific just around the corner but I would recommend to others.
