My daughter and I walked in to MiLa Bridal thinking it would be a very expensive custom gown salon...what we found was a group of the warmest, most lovely ladies focused on making sure Bride, Bridesmaids, , and Mom of Bride all got the best dress for them- whether it was custom made, off the rack, or even from another store!

We worked mostly with Kai and Kara who were both exceptional to work with! I loved the way they looked out for the Bride s wishes and kept the pulse of the Bride s experience to gauge how the appointment should progress. If they saw the Bride was getting overwhelmed or confused - they suggested thinking on it and coming back for another consult. My daughter and I appreciated this. It was clear they were not trying to push you into a purchase - they were trying to be certain the Bride made THE right choice! And the Bride did in fact make the perfect choice for the most magical dress from MiLa Bridal for her winter/Christmas wedding last weekend!

In addition to the warmth and real customer focus of this local business, I also appreciated their exceptional business ethics. They recommended I visit two other stores to shop for MOB dresses before custom making/modifying a dress I had selected in their salon to ensure it was price reasonable to to do. I found my MOB dress for less than the custom would have been at another store off the rack, and they were genuinely happy - after all - it was their recommendation that sent me to continue looking!
