J Kelley Group Review

Great energy, enthusiasm. It's not often I meet a builder that has a genuine desire to be the best at the craft not just making money. These guys are the real deal!!

My wife and I use the J. Kelly Group for both our private residence and nearby rental property. They have always been professional, courteous, and most importantly thorough. They do good work and back it up with a 12 month warranty. We have used them to do gutter repairs, siding repair, exterior door replacement, ceiling fan installs, soffit repair, and some plumbing work. Never had any issues with them. Highly recommended.

We had the worst experience. Before signing the contract they spoke very well and we felt confident. But it s been 5 months and they have not completed the work after taking the payments. Very bad communication. They never answer the calls or respond promptly to emails after you have made the payment.

I used J Kelley Group to repair garage door sensors. The door sensors were pulled apart by my grandchild. The garage doors were opening and closing perfectly prior to the damage. Upon JK's review, and installation of an universal sensor, they contacted me and told me that the garage doors still would not opened and that I would need a "new" garage door system. They asked if I would like to have this installed, and of course, I said, "no," because they were working perfectly before. Several months went by before I could give attention to the fact that I still did not have full operation of my garage door system. Another company, I hired, immediately walked into my garage, noticed that the garage doors sensors were not the right kind for my garage doors. Replace the sensors with the correct brand, and I now have full operation of my garage doors for the price of $60, whereby JK charged me $132 and have now refused a full refund.

Now the issue is that not only did JK put the wrong sensors in my garage door system but they also tried to sell me a whole new garage system for the low-low price of $487.20 (parts and labor) --
