The typical energy at the outside bar just wasn't ...

The typical energy at the outside bar just wasn't there. No host to sit us, so we sat ourselves and awaited 20 minutes without service before leaving for the restaurant next door. This by far was the worst experience that I've ever had while visiting the Clevelander.
