This place is the who's who of famous Italians. Machiavelli, Dante, Michelangelo, Galileo, Rossini are buried here. While the mural was not fully restored when I was there a few years ago, the frescos were very beautiful. There is an admission fee but it is worth it. The site was not crowded and the interior and exterior architecture is lovely.
