Took my father here, can't get phone calls returned,when I do get a phonecall from them the excuse is I've been too busy to call you.
The clincher came today when I received a call and was told that they gave my father the wrong meds. Now I'm sitting here at the emergency room waiting to see if he's going to be alright. He's 96 and he deserves much more than what he's getting for $12,000 a month.
If you need to put a loved one in a nursing home, run from this one.
