My experience was great! Terard Jackson made the process smooth and easy. We walked in and he greeted us at the door. We did some negotiating and I was able to get my brand new car! I would give him 5 stars if I only could rate him. The reason I am only putting 4 is that the financing department needs some work. It took over 30mintues before we were seen to sign the final paperwork. I have never waited that long for the financing department. Besides that I am in love with my new Kia Sprotage! Thanks again Terard!
