I liked the no-pressure environment. Other dealerships were so quick to try and get you to commit to a certain vehicle even if it wasn t the right fit, but Prestman Auto was different. The only complaint that I have is really a complaint for all dealerships, and that is that the other fees and taxes should just be included in the sales price before actually committing to buying. It just seems like a secret until you ve already committed to buying.
