I'm an athlete here at City College so i am basica...

I'm an athlete here at City College so i am basically engraved into this school. Many of the reviews are trashing City because of "Financial Aid" and how poor they work. Firstly, it's financial aid, everyone worries about their money. The college is understaffed, so it means that there is only around 2-3 people working at the financial aid desk. Most times, there are nearly 50+ people waiting so of course it is going to take long. & When it comes to professors, theres a thing called 'Rate my professors' that give you many reviews on your professors before hand so if you're complaining about a thick accent professor, why didn't you look them up? Cleanliness can be better of course but once again, the school is understaffed and we literally get no money whatsoever. Athletic teams haven't received new gear or new jersey's in 3+ years and that's all because of funding. On the bright side, there are many amazing professors here. The campus is beautiful and it is extremely diverse. You are guaranteed to make many friends. There are many clubs and club hours (where no one has class) is a great time to join extra curricular activities or just relax. People can agree / disagree but this is my personal opinion.
