The staff are rude and not very accommodating at all ,I've never seen a location where it hurtsthere feelings to help you ,the check in clerk was at a computer on the other side of room looking at makeup on line and acted like it hurt her feelings to help guest ,they give our room to new guest while we where staying in it so at 11pm at night we get a call from 15 and 9 year old neices scared to death cause group of strangers came into the room while she was there alone ,most of the valet service is great on our last day there the manager of valet wouldn't accept the picture of the valet ticket ( how do they expect you to keep up with 1inx1in peice of paper for 7days )that I had used for the past five days up to this point and wouldn't turn over the keys to the car after he brought it down to me , it could be a really nice place other wise .
