Having been in the industry as a model and mentoring models for nearly 30 yrs and reading the golden reviews I thought I would send our top female
model for castings.
As her manager Impact was instructed to call me for bookings ONLY they didn't and decided to call her direct whilst she was at work causing an embarrassing situation more than once. The casting notification was less than 24hrs in each occasion.
She was placed on a trial basis for a month then an email saying she has to pay to be on her books with a free photoshoot. I struggle understand what is free when your paying. All the good agencies I have had the pleasure to work with don't charge as the angecy makes money with commission. I'd be Very wary of companies that charge to be on the books .
