Battery replacement of my Dell laptop which was preordered from Singapore was fast. Technician Macoy was very good and very nice. Billy, customer service, was also most accommodating. However, the release of the sleeve, a slim hard case for the laptop which case I directly bought from them, took almost 2 hours. That part was a total disappointment.

I am limited only in the 1st floor. Didn't meet the technician who fixes my Dell Laptop. They sent a representative but doesn't know much about my laptop's condition. So frustrated. I was even entertained outside just near the guard house. I hope they have a good place to entertain their clients. So annoying staff.
