Buying a car can be a traumatic experience, and in all honesty, I don't enjoy those kind of high-end purchases. But our recent experience at David McDavid Honda of Frisco was an exception to that. We had bought a car through McDavid before, and so we wanted to go back to them, first and foremost, because our previous time there was positive. This time around, the experience was even better. What made the biggest impact on us was the salesperson who worked with us, Mosaab. He was extremely knowledgeable, could understand our concerns (and, at times, our reservations), and, best of all, he wasn't high-pressure or strictly out for the sale.
