Wow. The views are excellent, the runs are fantastic, If coming up for the first time, bus or car can pull around to the front door for dropping your gear off. and then park the car. Great if you have a family. can purchase ski passes on line, or in Queenstown to save Queuing up in the morning. you can hire everything you need down stairs as you walk in the door. but get there early to avoid the queues or hire gear from Queenstown. remember if you are renting a car or taking a car up make sure you carry chains if they request it, as they might stop you from traveling to the top. they a very strict on this rule, it's a long walk from half way.
