I have now worked with Jeff Coole twice, first on my first mortgage and then again when he contacted me about the possibility of refinancing my existing mortgage and I can say I have been completely satisfied both times. Jeff is not only willing to take time out of his day to answer any and all questions you may have, but he is also willing to go over multiple loan scenarios and go the extra mile to ensure that your loan is exactly as you want it. Although Jeff Coole's employer is Crown Mortgage, I can confidently say he works for his customers first and will do whatever it takes to do right by them. I cannot recommend Jeff Coole enough!
