I have purchased two CPO cars, the CX-5 and CX-9 GT more recently. The first car experience was good and so was the second one. However 4 weeks into the CX-9 when I noticed a crack out of nowhere on the front bumper with no impact done, I was told by the sales team that they won t do anything about it since it s changed ownership and long time has passed. Also the service director Brian didn t do much to chase it with Mazda. Ya well, thanks for nothing since it was still under warranty.
Update- 03042020: so they have a new service team in place now under DeMontrond. The new team under the new service director Austin is transparent and professional. After casually telling Austin about my front bumper crack, he got it replaced with Mazda and I got the car back in two weeks. Great job Austin and team!!.
