The worst ever. I don't deal with them personally but I've had TWO sisters have issues with. Seems as if they have NO CLUE on how to run a business. They give the run around and are sloppy in how they handle their paperwork. How are these people allowed to handle insurance claims? I feel as if they need, some sort of professional to investigate the way the run their business. They don't answer phones as prompt as a business should, then when they return calls they don't know who has what paperwork and then say that they will have a check for you to pick up but come to find out they don't have the check! After driving around the entire island basically to gather paperwork they say you need in order for them to continue the transaction, give them the paperwork and then be told "oh, you'll have to wait until t omorroe morning for the check.". What is that?!
