Excellent experience from the beginning. This is my second Chevy Malibu that I ve owned and wow do I love the new features on the 2019! Zach Knott was helpful with my financial concerns. I was very pleased with the vehicle choice and color.
The only negative experience I had was they were extremely busy on Monday night so I had to come back in a few days to finish my paperwork. (Being busy though is definitely a good sign) It was just a slight inconvenience to go back because I live 30 plus miles away..
But it was nice that they let me drive my new car home that day even without signing papers. When I came back to talk to the finance manager it was less than 15 minutes so that also was a plus. I will definitely recommend Jim Butler Chevrolet to others.
