Came home to a wife and baby in a house without heat. 55 degrees when the thermostat was set to 72. Contacted Genz-Ryan and they were able to come out before noon. I was very impressed with their communication through the chat, phone calls, and even a text message giving you a picture and bio of the technician on the way. I thought that was super cool! Their technician,Tyler, was great. Very personable and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently to get my home and family comfortable and out of the icebox. He explained and showed me what had gone wrong as well as potential issues in the future for my aging AC unit. Definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs. I love those guys!
