I contacted innovative basement authority randomly at the sportsman show without reading any reviews. I had them come out to assess a problem I was having with the foundation of my house, they were courteous, prompt, very straightforward, and with the evaluation of my house the feedback and information they gave me was clearly to my benefit not theirs and it was greatly greatly appreciated.
