I've been going to Hendrick Honda off South Blvd. for almost 3 years now and it seems like every time things get worse and worse. I usually arrive 5-10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time to ensure they can have the car in the garage by the time of my appointment. My first time was excellent, they completed the work I scheduled the appointment for and were punctual. The second time they took a little longer than expected but still seemed to get things taken care of without issue. Each time after that I have needed to track someone down to find out what is going on with my car. When I spoke with someone yesterday asking why my car wasn't complete they said they would check and then came back to me 8 minutes later and said it was already complete and I was good to go. I got to the register to check out and the lady told me she didn't have any paperwork for me and they would need to find out what was going on. 10 minutes later they bring me my paperwork and I can finally check out. I understand shops can get behind on things but when I am told the service will not take more than an hour, I expect to be checking out in an hour. If things pop up that require more time, speak with me about it and let me know what is going on so that I feel as though you actually care about my time. One final annoyance, they always adjust the seat and, occasionally, even the mirrors and never put things back. I will likely be switching to a different location based on the last 3 service appointments. Very disappointing.
