This in insurance. Is w they send the bill always late when 2 days of expire date, If paid with bill payment from the bank, they cash the check late and take 4 or 5 days to the bank deliver the check to them ,when normally take 2 for every company. but I think they do it , to use their telephone payment and charge $4.75 to make the payment ,and charge $12 dollar every mont of installment payment, 12 of late feet wich is their problem for not get the money , ,if talk with representative they said is the system, if ask for their email to communicate they never answer.
