I've been using Back Bay vet for 10 years. They consistently go out of their way to check on my pet and take his care to the next level. Recently my fiance was taking his pet to another pet in the area. His cat had been sick for 5-6 months, the other vet noted he was older and had arthritis. After one visit with Back Bay Vet they noted he had sever issues with his gums and jaw as well as Kidney disease. He was in for surgery within a week and we started medicating him for his kidney disease. At 16 years old, our cat has a new lease on life and is the healthiest he has been in years!! This Clinic cares, they go the extra mile, they are compassionate, empathetic and smart. Couldn't recommend them more! For a note, we have moved 40 minutes out of the city and continue to go back for care!
