Bad experience. Unprofessional attendant and lacking in communication and savoir faire with people. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the Manager who proved to be not very diplomatic and with such authority as to believe she can select customers. A laboratory that does not offer services to all citizens, not even for a fee. Professional ethics non-existent. Extremely not recommended.
