Ratings are a reflection of the dated facilities and terrible level of service. Rooms were not only old but also not kept clean. Night manager Christina was also extremely incompetent and ignorant, preferring to exercise protocols rather than common sense. The only good thing to say about this place is the beach views (but that is more a credit to Kota Kinabalu).
