My daughter recently moved just down the road from The Embassy; so, we decided to give it a try. It had probably been a good 17 years since I had been there last. I remembered it as kind of dark and smokey. I could not have been more surprised when I first entered. Everything is bright and clean. Looks like they recently did a complete overhaul of the interior and it looks amazing! The wait staff was friendly and provided great service! The food was delivered really fast after ordering and it was pretty darn good! Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I'm reserving the 5-star rating for a place in Nunica; but, The Embassy is definitely a place I will visit again. It's a nice family dining experience.
