If I could leave a 0 I would. Customer service is terrible. I heard multiple times "that is not at our discretion" when asking for help to print my tickets. The app is not allowing me to print from my phone I was told to use a computer. I said I didn't have one then I was told to go to a UPS store FedEx or library where I would have to pay to print out my tickets. And I kept asking why I couldn't print from my phone in the app and yet again the answer was "that is not at our discretion." not a fun time dealing with them that was not the first time I had to call them and their customer service is just not wanting to help at all.
