All of my previous vehicles have been purchased from individuals rather than dealers. For my first experience buying a brand new car, I researched cars, dealers, and maintenance service. My choice was for a Hybrid and the best of category came out as Toyota Camry. I found that the best sales experiences and service experiences were at Mark Miller Toyota. I contacted the dealer via chat and was directed to Jesse Tyler. He called me and enthusiastically answered all my questions. When I went in for a test drive, he instructed me on all the differences of how to drive a Hybrid. He was extremely personable and willing to assist. He made my first dealer sales experience very comfortable. Even the signing-of-the-papers for financing was smooth and without anxiety. Overall, I would recommend Mark Miller Toyota to any of my family, friends, neighbors, or colleagues (and I have). Jesse kept me relaxed and did not pressure me at all. I spent 3 and half hours at the dealer without even noticing.
