Went to La Rive for dinner. The tasting menu was incredibly well put together, and the wine pairings were amazing as well. The ambient was excellent. The restaurant had a view of the Amstel river which made it pretty charming. Everything about the evening was perfect. The service of course was excellent, and is the best I've ever had, anywhere. Although some might say that the experience is pricey, you get everything you pay for here. It might very well be one of the best restaurants in Amsterdam.
