Incompetence all around!!! This place has appalling customer service. We checked into a room without working plumbing. I tried calling the front desk and nobody answered. When I walked down, Alex told me, "I'm the only f****** person here, what do you want me to do?" This was a very unprofessional approach to solving our problem. I then asked for a manager. Matt, the evening supervisor came out from his office where he was clearly sleeping. His suit was wrinkled with his tie in a knot and hair standing up from laying on one side. It was clear that the manager and his employees had the same standards. He finally sent his also incompetent maintenance staff up to fix our plumbing problem. They quickly gave up and yelled when we were unhappy that we wanted a different room. After three hours of trying to get this problem resolved we finally got a new room. This place is not holding their end of the deal up. A culture change is in serious need at Ameristar.
