Needed to make an appointment, got there on time was welcomed right away. Printed out and shared an estimate about cost. Mentioned I was going to wait and he directed me toward the waiting area. This service usually takes an hour and that was how long it was this time as well. He came to waiting area, we walked to cashier office and then we both thanked each other, he then mentioned where my vehicular was . Sal was very caring making sure I felt good about everything that happened. Great Job!!!
