Worst stay ever.

Worst stay ever.
Freezing during the whole night.
I arrived and was well received. Got even a voucher for s drink, which was friendly.
But actually what I need as frequent traveller is to sleep well, not necessarily a drink...
This is where it starts: the temperature in the room was freezing in the room. I could set the temp higher on the fancy IPad, but the room temperature did not change....
After a call to the reception they confirmed the temperature discrepancy and told me that they increased it manually, but that it could take up to one hour.
Nothing changed. Woke up in the night, even having a second blanket, from the cold several times.
When sharing I was offered to have the night reimbursed, but the email later only posted a 25% discount...
First and last time I went to this hotel brand.
