My experience with the service center was fantastic. I had previously taking my vehicle to Airpark (where we purchased the vehicle and is closer to my home) but after having my vehicle there for an entire day, they said they "could not yet determine the cause of the issue" and wanted to keep it for another day. My suspicion is that they never actually even looked at the car. I got my car back and set an appointment at Chapman with Dave Colwell. He kept us updated and the issue was fixed (for less $ than I expected) in under a day. Definitely will take my vehicles there from now on - and look to purchase my next one there as well.
