Check in time was great, fast and professional. Got into the exam exactly on time. Then came the problem. I was directed to the waiting area to see a scheduler and told it would be 20 or 25 minutes tops. Now, after sitting over 1.5 hours and seeing people who came after me go in, I still have not been seen. Pretty abysmal service.
