This is a great library. To those adult's that want Quite! enough, Little children come to this library and they don't know how to be quite! we parent's try to do our best with them. For those who want to concentrate on studying, please find a library that fit's your style. But not the down town library!. I found the downtown library very discounting. Homeless people sleeting / taking bath in the toilet room / Police don't even excort them out, I felt like I had to look behind me at all-time. Also I did not see any children in the places, I wonder why!!!. Would you take children in a library like this one?. From a concern American. Peace.
