Nobody responds to emails, consultants promise to call back and it ends, switching to different departments in order to get back to one consultant finally, the call center is a failure in this company, master lease worked much more efficiently and I easily settled all damages

I appreciate the fact that they do not promise pears on the willow, but they present quite real sounding arguments, do not force them.

Substantially, the best came out of the bidders. Price is not bad, but I prefer peace.

I do not recommend!!! Repair of the car outlined by another - the passenger side door from the back + rear quarter + side lasted about 5 months from the notification. My second contact with the company is to report the exchange of a used extinguisher. I was appointed by the company to the service where I came and the employee in order to confirm its release contacted the business lease which refused to issue a fire extinguisher that, on the price, explaining that the price proposed for the service is higher than the market one. And you could check the price with the service arranging the visit. I would save an hour and a half of my time. And it was certainly a shock to the leasing company's employees that the prices in the authorized service are higher than market prices. I leave the professionalism of this company to be evaluated.

I do not recommend anyone contacting this company. I count the days to the end of the car rental contract.
