The overall customer service is OK at best. Employees seemed to always be preoccupied and at no point did they show any real attention. The room itself is very outdated, furniture is old, poor lighting, horrible water pressure, uncomfortable mattresses, and in a way the room looked dirty maybe because the carpet looks like it's the 1st carpet this hotel ever had. Food at the Huerta restaurant was ok, was decent but not exceptional. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, had high expectations because of the supposed reputation of the hotel but I was extremely disappointed.
