Warning: if you are wanting to get filler under your eyes, this isn t the place. I had gone to get assessed for filler underneath my eyes due to dark circles and sunken appearance. One injector told me that she wants to use filler for my cheek depletion (which I wasn t aware of and didn t really care to fix). I disagreed with her assessment and she told me that she doesn t do correction under the eyes. So months later I inquired about the same under eye area because the company had a sale on their filler, and I asked if I could see an injector who does under eye filler. They scheduled an appt with her and I purchased the filler. She also convinced me that the real issue lies in my cheeks and that correcting my cheeks would help with my complaint. I asked her if she can just do my under eye area, she talked on and on about how she has great experience doing the under eyes but doesn t think I need to treat that area. At this point I was tired of the back and forth, she seemed hesitant to even do the eye area so I just gave in and did the cheeks. Now, my issue is she did my cheeks and I have a crater in the middle of my face, hard lumps on my cheeks. and I look more sunken than before. I go for a follow up and she tells me that she s still not willing to do my under eyes but I need purchase ANOTHER syringe in order to fix my cheek area. I was so unsatisfied with the follow up, she didn t even take after pics to evaluate whether my new complaint was valid. I sent an email to the company after the follow up about my filler experience. Two days later I get a call back from the medical director of the company. He goes on and on about how he stands by the assessment the injectors made. Which is total bs because he only has before pics, no after pics, has never seen me in person, and is only looking at notes from a chart. He also said I need to buy another syringe, which is absolutely absurd when they have now created a new issue on my face that I wasn t even concerned about. That s on them for wanting to correct an area, I shouldn t have to pay $700 to fix my cheeks when that wasn t my chief complaint. Basically, the point of writing this is to raise awareness for those who are so desperate, like myself, to get the under eyes done. Find another place that is comfortable doing the treatment, because by all indication Satin Med Spa isn t the place for you.
