I used Birdy Properties as a property for two years. The leasing experience went fairly smoothly for me and payments were always on time. The Birdy staff is always very prompt in dealing with any issues that may arise. The single most important thing that I feel could improve Birdy Properties as a company is better customer service. The staff is very helpful when they are available but unfortunately they are frequently unavailable during business hours when calling the office. Also the cost of maintenance through Birdy Properties is quite pricey. I never used Birdy Properties for maintenance issues. Because I think customer service is critical in any business, I would give the leasing section at Birdy Properties a rating.

Matthew in the sales section was absolutely fantastic. He was always available when I called and he replied to emails very swiftly. He gave me great advise on things to address before I put my home on the market. Matthew priced my property very aggressively and I received two offers for full asking price within one day of listing. I closed on my property in less that 30 days. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly. I would give the sales section at Birdy Properties a rating. I would highly recommend Birdy's sales team.
