I've been a patient here for probably 4 years and ...

I've been a patient here for probably 4 years and I've seen Dr. Felipe Ramirez maybe twice. I always see the student doctor on my annual check ups and she was great. I never actually had any medical emergencies, just checkups as I have been healthy.

This year I started suspecting something was wrong. It has been HELL trying to get tests done, have them call me with follow ups and to book a PAP Test!

1. The receptionist feels rushed on the call because they don't have enough staff.
2. It takes a month to book an appointment and if something is painful and you go to the Emergency room the hospital messes up your testing.
3. Phone call appointments are rushed. I felt like I had to be stern with them to take their time to listen to my symptoms.
4. I had to suggest for things to look at. They didn't even try to go above and beyond, bare minimum.
5. No follow-ups on all my tests that I finally received.

If I don't receive better care I will have to look for another doctor.
