each time I've had my tires changed there have been issues--once they misplaced them and then I had to reschedule my appointment until they found them!!! and on two occassions they didn't bother to check the tire pressure after putting on the winter tires or the all seasonal tires in the spring and the next day on the highway the "red tire alert" symbol came on the dashboad and I had to go to the nearest dealer to have that serviced--there have also been other electrical issues that have also not been done correctly-and as such I had to reschedule other appointments to deal with issues that should have been fixed in the first place--my next car won't be a BMW and that's for sure!!
