Very rude service on the phone, staff are very naughty and you are asked to change the box office. The harassment on the phone is increasing, it always calls to another technician employee, invokes the insured on a previous conversation with the TK then no one remembers this employee. Unfortunately, there are no minus stars in the rating.
With the Techniker health insurance one is well cared for if one is healthy and pays. But if you are really sick then you should not contact the phones with the call center staff.
