Some of the staff are helpful and friendly. The star is for you.

Others are basically annoyed and unpatient at any second on board.

On the day of my trip, the boat was extremely full because of the Chinese New Year holiday. But the lunch buffet seemed like it could only feed half of the boat. I had to queue three times to just get a piece of watermelon... when asked for more, the non-Asian lady with blonde hair just told they will only refill when the tray is almost finished. But can you imagine: how the rest of the fruit mix will look after being picked and clipped and thrown guarantee you will see something like vomit.

And the most annoying thing is she talked about passengers with the other lady staff in English just in front of us, just like no one on board knows even little English...
WHERE IS THE MANNERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE???

Not even mention when we tried to get a swimsuit. Some people are just always grumpy and seem have forgotten their profession.

THIS IS JUST VERY DISAPPOINTING MOMENT I HAD ON SUCH LUXURY TRIP.

I know most of us are tourists but before you do this, make sure you have had the same treat to the locals... otherwise it looks racism to me...

I regret I booked the trip before entered this page as obviously they have not had any improvement after all of these complaints and suggestions.

So will surely have no more possibility going with sun lover for good and will not recommend to anyone because
